Chris has led the development of Crossroads for many years and is Secretary to the Trustees. Chris runs his own coaching business for people in all walks of life and specialises in using outdoor and adventure activities as a vehicle for personal growth. A trained coach, consultant and facilitator, Chris also runs a range of programmes in the corporate sector.

Mary is a senior partner with PwC and a trained coach and mentor within the Firm. As well as giving her time as a Crossroads Guide, Mary is bringing her professional and business expertise as a trustee to help expand the Crossroads ministry.

Hilary has spent much of his working life supporting people with resources and advice for career and vocational guidance. He founded the ‘Career Companion’ service and is supporting Crossroads in this aspect of the work.

For most of her career, she has led multi-million pound healthcare businesses, managing transformational change, developing individual leaders and teams. Ann is a trained coach and facilitator, and has over 20 years experience as a Meyers-Briggs and Firo-B practitioner.
